Lead on working closely with the team at WDR to create an innovation lab for Germany‘s largest public broadcasting company. Part of my portfolio was create the future scenarios for public broadcasting, determine a strategic approach for the innovation lab, assess themes and create the initial organizational design approach. Working in a co-creation mode and successfully convincing the board to create a team of six people that is tasked to prepare WDR for the future.
